At last, it has achieved fruitful results and entered a stage of growth. China’s economic and technological development zone (hereinafter referred to as the zone) has a planned area of 117 square kilometers and a first-phase development area of about 24 square kilometers. Its infrastructure investment is 2.4 billion yuan, with an average investment of 100 million yuan per square kilometer.
