现阶段,我国承载着社会主义法治文明建设的任务。但受到公民法治意识薄弱的影响,阻碍了我国社会主义法治文明的科学化发展。再加之民主法治制度没有得到有效落实,缺乏规范化的法治参与者的法治行为,使人们群众、社会乃至国家的利益都会受到一定程度的损害,不利于建设我国的法治文明社会。基于此,我国要基于中国传统文化的优良传统的弘扬角度,对中国传统文化中的中庸之道、德法兼重思想以及民本思想进行吸纳,不断建设政治文明,摒弃中国传统文化的消极元素以及腐朽文化意识,走政治文明建设的社会主义支路。下面本文对法治文明与中国传统文化的冲突及协调方面内容进行分析,希望能够促进我国对不良文化体制进行革新局面的实现,继而促进我国政治文明、传统文化的辩证统一化发展,最终实现建设法治文明国家的目的。
At this stage, our country carries the task of building a socialist civilization under the rule of law. However, being influenced by the weak awareness of the rule of law of citizens has hindered the scientific development of the socialist civilized rule of law in our country. Based on this, based on the excellent tradition of Chinese traditional culture, our country should absorb the golden mean in China’s traditional culture, reconcile the virtues of Germany and France and the people-based thinking, and continue to build political civilization and abandon the negative elements of traditional Chinese culture. Decadent cultural awareness, take the socialistic branch of political civilization construction. The following article analyzes the conflict between the rule of law and traditional Chinese culture and coordination of content, hoping to promote our country to reform the undesirable cultural system, and then promote China’s political civilization, the dialectical and unified development of traditional culture, and ultimately the building of the rule of law The purpose of a civilized country.
