目的:观察鞘内注射生长抑素及电针“夹脊”穴对病理性疼痛情况下大鼠脊髓cfos原癌基因蛋白表达的影响.方法:用急性佐剂性关节炎大鼠作为病理性疼痛的实验模型,免疫组织化学法检测cfos样免疫反应细胞.结果:佐剂性关节炎可诱发大鼠脊髓内多层神经元cfos蛋白表达,接种后24h,以背角Ⅰ-Ⅱ,Ⅴ-Ⅵ层内最多,而生长抑素和电针均可抑制其表达,表现为cfos蛋白形成减少.结论:生长抑素和电针缓解病理性疼痛的作用与抑制伤害性痛反应诱发的脊髓cfos表达有关.
Objective: To observe the effects of intrathecal somatostatin and electroacupuncture at Jiaji on the expression of proto-oncogene c-fos protein in spinal cord of rats under pathological pain. Methods: Acute adjuvant arthritis rats were used as the experimental model of pathological pain, immunohistochemical detection of c fos-like immunoreactive cells. Results: Adjuvant arthritis induced c-fos protein expression in multi-layer neurons of spinal cord in rats. Within 24 hours after inoculation, most of the layers were in layers Ⅰ-Ⅱ and Ⅴ-Ⅵ, while somatostatin and EA Inhibit its expression, the performance of c fos protein formation decreased. Conclusion: The effect of somatostatin and electroacupuncture on relieving pathological pain is related to inhibition of c-fos expression induced by nociceptive pain in spinal cord.
