在日前召开的福建省对外经贸工作会议上,福建省在利用外资进行土地成片开发方面做出了若干新规定。一.在严格保护耕地的原则下,重点推进“八五”期间已经批准并正在建的各类开发区,使之成为带动当地国民经济发展的“龙头”。同时继续鼓励利用荒山、荒滩开发,重点建设工业区,适量开发一些农业综合开发区、旅游观光区,使各类开发区的比例趋于合理。沿海地区一般不再上新的成片开发项目。
At a recent meeting on Fujian’s work on foreign trade and economic cooperation, Fujian Province made a number of new regulations regarding the use of foreign investment in land exploitation. I.
