本试验用稀释100倍、200倍的乙烯利处理兴安落叶松苗木,对生物量、根/茎比、含水率、纤维素含量及造林地枯梢率进行了调查研究.结果表明,乙烯利对促进落叶、休眠,提高抗寒、抗旱能力、降低枯梢率都有显著效果.乙烯利的处理效果与处理时间和使用浓度关系极大.使用稀释200倍的乙烯利,在根系刚刚结束生长的9月初开始喷涂叶片2~3次,是本试验中降低枯梢率的最有效方案。可以使枯梢率比对照下降45.36%.本研究还进一步探讨了乙烯利促进叶片衰老的作用机理,发现乙烯利提高了叶肉细胞的呼吸强度、细胞膜的透性和过氧化物酶的活性,从而引起了叶细胞向衰老脱落方向的生理转变.这些研究为解决大兴安岭地区兴安落叶松苗木造林的严重枯梢问题提供了科学的依据和方法.
