一、前言在钢的热处理组织中,观察了淬火时的残留奥氏体(以下用γ表示)和诸如马氏体时效钢时效处理时马氏体(以下有时写作α′)分解析出的γ。并且了解到,当这些γ与α′或回火α′共存时,钢的强度和韧性受到下列因素的显著影响:(1)γ对于热和外力的稳定性;(2)与γ共存的α′的性质;(3)γ及α′的形状;(4)γ的共存状态;(5)γ及α′共存的析出物的种类。
I. Introduction In the heat treatment of steel, the retained austenite during quenching (hereinafter referred to as γ) and the γ (γ) decomposed by martensite (hereinafter sometimes referred to as α ’) during the aging treatment of martensitic steel were observed . It is also understood that the strength and toughness of steel are significantly affected by the following factors when these γ coexist with α ’or temper α’: (1) stability of γ to heat and external force; (2) α ’; (3) Shape of γ and α’; (4) Coexistence state of γ; and (5) Types of precipitates coexisting with γ and α ’.
