当前,广东经济发展正面临从传统劳动密集的轻纺工业,向现代资本密集的重化工业新阶段过渡的战略转变。作为现代工业化过程的社会经济发展,一般要经历传统轻纺工业、现代重化工业和高技术工业三个不可逾越的阶段。“三中全会”以来,广东省调整产业结构,重点发展轻纺工业,是针对过去人为地抑制农业和轻工业的发展,强制超前发展重化工业,而对轻纺工业发展阶段的补课。
At present, Guangdong’s economic development is facing a strategic shift from the traditional labor-intensive textile industry to a new phase of modern capital-intensive heavy chemical industry. As the social and economic development in the process of modern industrialization, it generally goes through three insurmountable stages of traditional textile industry, modern heavy chemical industry and high-tech industry. Since the Third Plenary Session of the Third Plenary Session of the CPC Central Committee, Guangdong Province has adjusted its industrial structure and focused on the development of light textile industry, aiming to curb the development of agriculture and light industry by artificially suppressing the development of heavy and chemical industries ahead of the development stage of the textile industry.
