本文采用GC -MS法对三氯杀螨醇原药及其杂质进行分析和鉴定 ,得到原药及其主要杂质的GC -MS谱图 ,并得出定性定量结果 ,结果表明三氯杀螨醇原药中含有一定量的DDT、DDE等杂质。
GC-MS method was used to analyze and identify the dicofol original drug and its impurities. The GC-MS spectra of the original drug and its major impurities were obtained and qualitative and quantitative results were obtained. The results showed that the dicofol original drug contained a certain amount of DDT , DDE and other impurities.
