目的研究贯叶连翘提取物对抑郁动物行为学的影响。方法采用大鼠双侧嗅球损伤抑郁模型,灌胃给药,行为学测试方法。结果①将经典的嗅球吸除法改为电热损伤,不仅降低了动物死亡率,而且其行为学改变与嗅球吸除模型相近;②贯叶连翘提取物150,75 mg·kg-1显著降低大鼠敞箱实验的站立数和走格数;显著减少跳台实验训练期和测试期的停留时间;明显延长避暗实验中测试期的潜伏时间并减少动物的钻箱次数。结论贯叶连翘提取物能改善大鼠双侧嗅球损伤引起的行为综合征,具有一定的抗抑郁作用,机制值得探讨。
Objective To study the effect of Hypericum perforatum extract on the behavior of depression animals. Methods The rat model of bilateral olfactory bulb injury, intragastric administration and behavioral test were used. Results 1 The classical olfactory bulb aspiration was changed to electric injury, which not only reduced the animal mortality rate, but also the behavioral changes were similar to those of the olfactory bulb aspiration model. 2 The Hypericum perforatum extract 150, 75 mg·kg-1 significantly reduced the rat’s openness. The number of stand-ups and walks in the box experiment significantly reduces the dwell time of the platform during the training period and the test period; it significantly prolongs the incubation period in the test period during the dark test and reduces the number of drilled boxes in the animal. Conclusion St. John’s wort extract can improve the behavioral syndrome caused by bilateral olfactory bulb injury in rats, and has a certain antidepressant effect. The mechanism is worth exploring.
