研究了掘锚联合机在大坡度路面下钻孔工作时,钻头的运动精度和整机重心的时域振动特性。分析了掘锚联合机的极限工况,基于地面行驶力学和多体动力学理论,利用RecurDyn建立掘锚联合机及其履带系统的虚拟模型,以钻头的随机模拟载荷作为激励条件,以整机重心作为响应输出,研究了巷道大坡度随机地面激励条件下,掘锚联合机钻孔工作时,整机重心的振动响应、钻头的工作精度、履带张力大小。研究结果表明:掘锚联合机钻孔工作过程平稳,整机振动较小,能够满足实际工况。
The time-domain vibration characteristics of bit accuracy and machine center of gravity are studied when the digging and bolting joint drills down the large grade road. Based on the theory of ground traveling mechanics and multi-body dynamics, a virtual model of excavation-anchor combined machine and its crawler system is established by using RecurDyn. Taking the random simulated load of the drill as the excitation condition, The center of gravity was used as the response output to study the vibration response of the center of gravity of the machine, the working accuracy of the drill bit and the tension of the crawler track under the condition of random ground stimulation with large slope of the roadway. The research results show that the working process of drilling and anchor combined machine is smooth and the whole machine vibration is small, which can meet the actual working conditions.
