目的:在同一实验室中比较和分析亚洲不同地域品系日本血吸虫的生物学特性。方法:在相同可容宿主和同等条件下,对中国云南、中国广西、中国四川、中国皖鄂、中国台湾、日本和菲律宾7地域品系日本血吸虫的若干生物学性状进行了比较。结果:亲动物的中国台湾品系日本血吸虫的哺乳动物开放前期最长,平均为45.1±3.2d,而其它亲人体的6地域品系均在39.4±1.4d以下,两者差别极显著。在形态度量学方面,菲律宾、日本、中国台湾和中国云南品系的尾蚴明显地较其它品系的为短小,且其成虫,尤其雌虫的平均体长也较短。菲律宾和中国云南品系雄虫含7个睾丸的百分比显著地较其它品系的为低。7地域品系日本血吸虫的卵指数平均为67—77。结论:亚洲不同地域品系日本血吸虫的哺乳动物开放前期及若干形态度量学存在差别。
Objective: To compare and analyze the biological characteristics of Schistosoma japonicum in different regions of Asia in the same laboratory. Methods: Several biological traits of Schistosoma japonicum in China, Yunnan, Guangxi, China, Sichuan, China and Anhui Province of China, China Taiwan, Japan and Philippines 7 were compared under the same host and under the same conditions. Results: The pro-anastomosis of Chinese Taiwan strains of Schistosoma japonicum mammals the longest pre-opening, an average of 45.1 ± 3.2d, and other pro-human 6 regional strains were 39.4 ± 1.4d the following differences significant. In morphometric analysis, cercariae of Yunnan, Japan, Taiwan, China and Yunnan Province of China were significantly shorter than other strains and the average body length of adults, especially females, was also shorter. The percentage of male testes containing 7 testes in the Philippines and China Yunnan was significantly lower than that of other strains. 7 Geographical strains of Schistosoma japonicum egg index average 67-77. CONCLUSIONS: There is a difference in mammalian pre-opening and some morphometric features of Schistosoma japonicum in different regions of Asia.
