在当前的新形势下,广大医院职工的思想政治教育工作作为医院工作的组成部分显得尤为重要,这项工作的扎实与否,不仅仅关系到整个医院工作,而且影响到广大医院职工整体思想政治素质的提高,更关乎到整个医院甚至整个医疗卫生体统的发展,关系到整个社会医疗卫生服务水平。因此,抓好当前形势下的医院职工的思想政治教育工作,刻不容缓,首先我们要分析当下我们的医院职工思想政治教育工作中存在的问题,接下来就是针对当前存在的各种问题,做出针对性的对策和解决办法,得以加强和改进医院职工的思想政治教育工作,从而使得我们的医疗卫生水平跟得上当前的形势变化,更好的服务社会。
