观察中国林蛙卵油（ＥＯＲＴＣＤ）对高脂血症家兔血清总胆固醇（ＴＣ）、甘油三酯（ＴＧ）及高密度脂蛋白－胆固醇（ＨＤＬ－Ｃ）代谢的影响和对老龄大鼠血清过氧化脂质（ＬＰＯ）含量的影响。结果表明，连续口服ＥＯＲＴＣＤ２８ｄ后，能明显降低实验性高脂血症家兔血清ＴＣ、ＴＧ的含量，提高ＨＤＬ－Ｃ的含量；连续口服ＥＯＲＴＣＤ５０ｄ后，能明显降低老龄大鼠血清ＬＰＯ的含量，抑制自由基的产生。
To observe the effect of EORTCD on serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG) and high density lipoprotein-cholesterol (HDL-C) metabolism in hyperlipidemic rabbits and the effect of EORTCD on serum Effect of Lipid Peroxide (LPO) Content.
