随着医疗技术的不断发展,小儿尿路结石的治疗方法已趋于多样化和个体化,传统的开放手术已逐渐被新近发展起来的微创治疗方式所替代,不同的微创手术方式也有着其固有的优点和缺点。如何在治疗小儿尿路结石过程中选择适当的方法非常重要,这就需要临床医师掌握不同微创治疗方法的各自特点。该文对目前小儿尿路结石的微创治疗方法及其特点予以综述。
