Thirty American Internet experts organized a Symposium on “Barriers to Crossing the Web for Revolutionary Innovation,” and submitted a report to NSF (the U.S. Natural Science Foundation). In the last issue, we introduced the first two parts of this report. The first part is about the overall proposal of reconstructing the next generation of Internet and put forward a brand new and revolutionary idea. The second part expounds various issues that arise during the development of Internet, and for the moment, And some incremental revision efforts. In this issue, we introduce the third part and share with them the solutions they propose. Researchers from the security, economic motivation, address binding, end-host hypothesis, user-level routing, control and management, to meet the needs of the application of the existing network architecture, such as seven limitations, pointed out that the new network to reduce credit Suspicion, give the user the option to allow the boundaries of differences, so that the network is transparent, in line with the needs of the application. The forthcoming fourth and fifth sections will focus on the experimental deployment of Internet architecture innovations.
