1987年11月22日人民日报第二版刊载了《完善企业内部经营机制,充分发挥“厂内银行”的作用》文章,介绍吉林省在试办厂内银行中的具体做法,现摘刊其第二部分,以供借鉴。“厂内银行”是近年来一些企业创造的新经验,我区不少企业也试办了“厂内银行”,希望企业财会同志围绕“厂内银行”来稿,各抒已见,共同研讨,促使其进一步完善,从而加强企业内部各个责任环节的经济核算,使经济承包责任制显示出更好的经济效益。
