目的:通过联合检测不同病理类型肠息肉与肠癌组织中Runx3的表达,分析Runx3与患者临床病理特征及生存之间的关系,探讨其在肠息肉、肠癌的发生和发展过程中的作用。方法:收集共收集符合肠息肉,肠癌诊断标准的100例患者,行息肉切除,并于肠镜下取组织行病理检查,根据病理学结果将患者分为三大类,即腺瘤性息肉、非腺瘤性息肉、癌。所有切片在相同条件下行SP免疫组织化学染色,检测Runx3在不同类型肠息肉及肠癌组织中的表达。结果:Runx3在正常粘膜、息肉、腺瘤、癌组织中的表达逐渐降低,其在肠癌组织中的表达显著低于其它组,组间差异有统计学意义。结论:(1)Runx3在肠癌中低表达,并且与肠癌的发生密切相关,可做为肠癌的早期诊断指标;(2)Runx3蛋白表达下调对结肠癌的发生、发展具有重要作用。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the relationship between Runx3 and clinicopathological features and survival in patients with intestinal polyps and colorectal carcinomas by detecting the expression of Runx3 in different pathological types of intestinal polyps and colorectal carcinomas, and to explore its role in the occurrence and development of intestinal polyps and colorectal carcinomas. Methods: A total of 100 cases of patients with intestinal polyps and colorectal cancer were enrolled in this study. The polyps were excised and histopathologically examined under colonoscopy. According to the pathological findings, the patients were divided into three groups: adenomatous polyps , Non-adenomatous polyps, cancer. All sections under the same conditions SP immunohistochemical staining Runx3 in different types of intestinal polyps and colorectal cancer tissue expression. Results: The expression of Runx3 in normal mucosa, polyp, adenoma, and cancerous tissues decreased gradually. The expression of Runx3 in colorectal cancer tissues was significantly lower than that in other groups. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant. Conclusion: (1) Runx3 is low expressed in colorectal cancer, and is closely related to the occurrence of colorectal cancer, which can be used as an early diagnostic indicator of colorectal cancer. (2) Runx3 downregulation plays an important role in the occurrence and development of colon cancer.
