静脉注射三磷酸腺苷(ATP)治疗快速型室上性心律失常的临床观察

国外多年来应用ATP或腺苷(Adeno-sine)静脉注射成功地治疗阵发性室上速(PSVT),近年来国内已有零星的临床病例试用报告。我院自1985年3月起应用ATP静脉注射治疗心律失常40例(50例次),现将治疗观察结果报道于下。
