为了解人类心肌肥大时间质胶原的变化,我们用生化方法检测了法乐氏四联症患者肥大右室心肌间质胶原的含量及胶原Ⅰ/Ⅲ型比值的改变。结果发现:法乐氏四联症组心肌间质胶原含量平均(14.85±2.48)μg/mg总蛋白,较对照组平均7.55μg/mg总蛋白明显增多(P<0.05);且法乐氏四联症组胶原含量与心肌细胞直径呈正相关r=0.49(P<0.05);法乐氏四联症组Ⅰ/Ⅲ型胶原比值(5.10±1.84)较对照组(2.27±0.58)显著增高(P<0.05),法乐氏四联症组心肌间质胶原含量与Ⅰ/Ⅲ型胶原比值呈正相关,r=0.59(P<0.005)。结论:法乐氏四联症右室心肌细胞肥大时伴有心肌间质胶原含量的增多,且以Ⅰ型胶原增多为主。
In order to understand the changes of human cardiac hypertrophy time-dependent collagen, we used biochemical methods to detect the changes of hypertrophic right ventricular interstitial collagen content and type I / III ratio in patients with tetralogy of Fallot. The results showed that the collagen content in tetralogy of Fallot increased (14.85 ± 2.48) μg / mg total protein, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (7.55 μg / mg total protein) (P <0.05 ). The collagen content of tetralogy of Fallot was positively correlated with the diameter of cardiomyocytes (r = 0.49, P <0.05). The ratio of type Ⅰ / Ⅲ collagen in tetralogy of Fallot (5.10 ± 1 .84) was significantly higher than that of control group (2.27 ± 0.58) (P <0.05). The collagen content of tetralogy of Fallot was positively correlated with the ratio of type Ⅰ / Ⅲ collagen, r = 0 .59 (P <0.005). CONCLUSION: Right ventricular cardiomyocyte hypertrophy in tetralogy of Fallot associated with an increase in collagen content of myocardial interstitium, and type I collagen increased mainly.
