会计干部技术职称评定工作,已基本告一段落.现就太钢的情况对如何发挥企业会计师的作用,浅析如下:太钢有68位会计师,从专业工龄看,30年以上的占75%.他们熟悉业务,都有较丰富的工作经验;加之多年来在工业会计岗位上,了解情况,能较顺利地解决工作中的问题,是太钢各级参谋部中的主要成员.在扭亏增盈中出过大力,在实行经济责任制,提高经济效益方面正在做出贡献.从专业学历上看,大学和大专学历的为38.6%.中专学历的为25.3%,有学历的人中有近三分之二的人毕业于四十年代和五十年代.这就存在着一个知识老化的问题.
The assessment of technical titles of accounting cadres has basically come to an end .To analyze the role of TISCO in the development of corporate accountants, TISCO has 68 accountants, accounting for over 75% of professional staff age.
