目的观察硝普钠与多巴胺联合应用治疗顽固性心衰的疗效及安全性。方法对经常规治疗后仍不能控制的心力衰竭患者,用微量泵输入硝普钠及多巴胺。结果硝普钠与多巴胺治疗顽固性心力衰竭59例,有效率为80%,无严重并发症发生。结论硝普钠联合多巴胺能有效治疗顽固性心力衰竭。
Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of sodium nitroprusside and dopamine in the treatment of refractory heart failure. Methods Patients with heart failure who were uncontrollable after conventional treatment were given sodium nitroprusside and dopamine with a micro pump. Results Sodium nitroprusside and dopamine treatment of refractory heart failure in 59 cases, the effective rate was 80%, no serious complications. Conclusion Sodium nitroprusside combined with dopamine can effectively treat refractory heart failure.
