伴随世界经济一体化的进程,以及资源在世界范围内的优化配置,国际资本(资金)流动的规模日益扩大。目前,每年约有10000亿美元在世界资金市场上寻找最佳得主。国际商业银行除了传统的贷款方式外,创造设计出不少新的放贷方式以吸引不同目的的融资者。结构融资(STRUCTURE FINANCING)就是近年来海外商业银行新推的一种融资方式。本文拟就这一融资方式的概念、内涵以及企业如何利用它吸引外资作些探讨。
With the process of world economic integration and the optimal allocation of resources in the world, the scale of international capital (capital) flow is expanding day by day. At present, there are about one trillion U.S. dollars each year looking for the best winners in the world capital markets. In addition to the traditional methods of lending, the international commercial banks have created many new lenders who have designed new ways of lending to attract different purposes. STRUCTURE FINANCING is a newly promoted method of financing by overseas commercial banks in recent years. This article intends to discuss the concept of financing, connotation and how to use it to attract foreign investment.
