全球化促进生产、资源、人员、贸易、物流、投资和金融等生产要素全球优化配置,降低成本和提高效率。跨国公司已发展到在全球各地研发、生产、销售链条的全球公司阶段,共享客户资源和消费信息。我们可以清楚看到一个国家经济开放度与该国经济的发展、国内生产总值增长之间成正比。经济全球化为发展中国家提供了机遇和挑战,加速了国内、国际竞争,在新全球经济体制下规则、对手都有了很大的变化,经济全球化带来了先进的企业文化和战略管理模式的同时,也对中国新生的企业战略管理、传统经济模式带来很大影响,具体表现在以下几方面。
