档案文化建设是高职院校内涵建设的一个方面。目前,高职院校的档案文化建设存在诸多的薄弱环节。从高职院校接受教育行政部门的人才培养质量评估、创示范性院校评建等角度看,档案文化建设在高职院的专业文化建设中都有着不容忽视的重要性。加强高职院校档案文化建设的力度,需要制定实施相关的制度规章,强化全体教师的档案管理意识。
