今年28岁的青年民兵胡伟华,家住河南省正阳县油坊店乡阚庄村。七年前他还是一名打工仔,如今已是该县一家秸秆聚合门制品公司——正阳县华英门业制品公司的老板了。今年8月24日,见到胡伟华时,他正和几名农民一起往车上装货,据他介绍,这单生意达30万元,卖出豪华门和包边门共500副,是县城一家建筑装潢公司上月委托订做的。2001年,在朋友的推荐下,高中毕业的胡伟华到广州一家精制门窗厂打工。从杂工做起,到学徒、技术工,再到技术助理,用不到5年时间,他掌握了精制门窗技术的操作。
Hu Weihua, a 28-year-old youth militia, lives in Kanzhuang Village, Youfang Dianxiang, Zhengyang County, Henan Province. Seven years ago, he was still a wage earner, and now he is the owner of a county straw door products company - Zhengyang County Huaying Door Products Company. On August 24 this year, when he met Hu Weihua, he was loading the car with several peasants. In 2001, at a friend’s recommendation, Hu Weihua graduated from high school to work in a refined window and door factory in Guangzhou. Starting from the odd jobs, to apprentices, skilled workers and then technical assistants, he mastered the operation of refined window and door technology in less than five years.
