目的探讨清化透疹汤联合西药治疗小儿手足口病临床效果。方法对2015年10月—2016年10月在该诊所接受手足口病治疗的80例患儿进行回顾性分析,按照数字抽签法分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用西药治疗,观察组采用清化透疹汤联合西药治疗,观察两组患儿的临床情况。结果经过治疗后,观察组患者的临床总有效率为100.0%,和对照组总有效率为90.0%相比明显较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者发热时间、皮疹时间、溃疡时间显著优于对照组患者,两组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿手足口病采用清化透疹汤联合西药治疗的临床效果较好,控制患儿的病情发展,缩短患儿的病程,减轻患儿的痛苦,值得在临床上使用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Qinghua Touru Decoction combined with Western medicine in the treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease in children. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 80 children undergoing HFMD in the clinic from October 2015 to October 2016. The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the digital lottery method. The control group was treated with western medicine. The observation group was adopted Qinghua Touru soup combined with Western medicine treatment, the clinical observation of two groups of children. Results After treatment, the total effective rate in the observation group was 100.0%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (90.0%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05) Time and ulcer time was significantly better than the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of Qinghua Touzhen Decoction combined with western medicine in treating children hand-foot-mouth disease is better. It can control the development of children’s disease, shorten the course of the disease and relieve the pain of the children, so it is worth to be used clinically.
