对41例健康儿童和17例反复呼吸道感染患儿(复咸儿)的外周血淋巴细胞ADA活性进行了检测.两例ADA活性明显低下的复感儿的外周血T淋巴细胞被选作实验样品,经体外培养后,采用lipofectin介导的的方法导入外源性ADA基因.结果表明:体外培养的两例复感儿淋巴细胞中ADA活性较基因转移前升高;细胞免疫学特性也在一定程度上获得改善
The ADA activity of peripheral blood lymphocytes in 41 healthy children and 17 children with recurrent respiratory tract infection was measured. Twenty-two peripheral blood T lymphocytes from the infants with significantly lower ADA activity were selected as experimental samples. After in vitro culture, exogenous ADA gene was introduced by lipofectin-mediated method. The results showed that the activity of ADA in lymphocytes of two infantile complex sera increased in vitro compared with that before gene transfer, and the cellular immunological characteristics were also improved to a certain extent
