The third annual meeting of junior high school mathematics research associations of some provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions across the country was held in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province from November 8 to 12, 1986. The conference was attended by 17 provinces and cities from all over the country. 104 representatives of autonomous regions.
