20世纪90年代,为满足农业生产对高浓度磷复肥的需要,我国先后建设了贵州瓮福、云南大黄磷、广西鹿寨、湖北黄麦岭和大峪口五大磷肥企业。五大磷肥的建成投产结束了我国几乎不产高浓度磷复肥的历史,但投产初期,由于财务负担沉重等原因,企业生产运营比较困难,引起了各方关注。
In the 1990s, in order to meet the needs of agricultural production of high concentration of phosphate compound fertilizer, China has successively built five phosphate fertilizer enterprises in Guizhou Wengfu, Yunnan Rhubarb, Guangxi Luzhai, Hubei Huangmailing and Dayukou. The completion of the five major phosphate fertilizer put an end to the history of almost no production of high-concentration phosphate compound fertilizer in our country. However, due to the heavy financial burden and other reasons, the production and operation of the enterprise is relatively difficult and has aroused the concern of all parties.
