用滤纸法根据颜色变化测定淡色库蚊敏感品系和抗性品系的乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)活性情况,以区分单个蚊虫的抗性情况。结果显示:敏感品系个体的AChE随杀虫剂浓度的增高而被抑制(不显色);抗性品系个体则不被抑制(显色明显)。说明两品系间AChE的含量和活性有所不同。此法可快速地测定淡色库蚊内的AChE活性,简单易行,可作为一种淡色库蚊抗药性定性测定的方法,便于在现场中推广应用。
The AChE activity of susceptible and susceptible strains of Culex pipiens pallens was determined by filter paper method based on the change of color to distinguish the resistance of individual mosquitoes. The results showed that the AChE of susceptible lines was inhibited with the increase of insecticide concentration (no coloration), and the resistant lines were not inhibited (obvious coloration). AChE between the two strains showed different content and activity. This method can quickly determine the activity of AChE in Culex pipiens pallens, which is simple and easy to be used as a method for qualitative determination of Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus, which is convenient for popularization and application in the field.
