目的了解南昆山自然保护区并殖吸虫分布现状。方法调查上坪、中坪、下坪、沙坑、焦坑、石河、甘坑、竹坝、水口和玉石等10个村山溪中的螺蛳和溪蟹,检查并殖吸虫尾蚴、囊蚴。用检出的并殖吸虫囊蚴人工感染家猫、家犬,检查家猫、犬感染情况。结果甘坑螺蛳卫氏并殖吸虫尾蚴感染率为0.15‰(3/2 000)。螺种为放逸短沟蜷和拟钉螺。下坪、沙坑、石河、竹坝、水口、玉石等6个点蟹体卫氏并殖吸虫囊蚴感染率分别在72.22%(13/18)~86.95%(20/23)间;上坪、中坪、焦坑、甘坑等4个点蟹体卫氏并殖吸虫囊蚴感染率均为100.00%(17/17)、(19/19)、(21/21)、(27/27);10个样本点采集的溪蟹为平和华溪蟹。10个样本点溪蟹卫氏并殖吸虫囊蚴总感染率为88.23%,平均感染度分别为49.18%个/只蟹,2.87个/克蟹,感染指数为124.53。石河、甘坑和竹坝村溪蟹尚检出少量斯氏狸殖吸虫囊蚴,3个样本点溪蟹平均斯氏狸殖吸虫囊蚴感染率为39.65%(23/58),平均感染度为2个/只蟹,感染指数≤0.01。解剖人工感染虫卵阳性猫1只,共检获斯氏狸殖吸虫成虫4条;解剖人工感染虫卵阳性家犬1条,共检获卫氏并殖吸虫成虫21条。结论南昆山自然保护区为卫氏并殖吸虫超高度疫源地(I级),斯氏狸殖吸虫轻度疫源地(IV级)。第一中间宿主分别为放逸短沟蜷和拟钉螺,第二中间宿主溪蟹为平和华溪蟹。
Objective To understand the distribution of Paragonimus in Nankunshan Nature Reserve. The average infection rates were 49.18% crabs / crab and 2.87 / g crabs, respectively. The infection index was 124.53. A small amount of metacercariae of T. reesei were still detected in Shihe, Gankeng and Zhubacun crabs. The mean infection rate of 39.1% (23/58) 2 / only crab, infection index ≤ 0.01. Conclusion Nankunshan Nature Reserve is a high-grade foci of Paragonimus westermani (Grade I) and a minor source of Epidemicis (Parasitology) genus (Grade IV). The first intermediate host was let go and ditched curl and snail, respectively. The second intermediate host, crab, was Huaxi crab.
