近年来一些研究机构或学校在对一些中小学教师进行调查和观察的过程中,触目惊心地发现有相当一部分教师在自己的工作中没有感受到多少的快乐与幸福。对两所农村学校教师关于幸福感问卷调查发现,教师在自己的工作中“总能体验到幸福”的只占总调查人数的4.65%。这是一个必须引起社会关注的问题,因为,教师本人职业生活的质量直接影响着他们的教育教学,影响着他们的工作积极性和主动性,也直接影响着学生的健康和发展。从农村高中教师的角度,对农村教师调整自身心态,学会感恩,并进而提升职业幸福感的可行性进行了论述。
In recent years, some research institutes or schools, in the course of conducting surveys and observations on some primary and secondary school teachers, find it shocking to find that a considerable part of teachers do not feel much happiness and happiness in their work. A questionnaire survey on happiness among two rural school teachers found that teachers “can always experience happiness” in their work account for only 4.65% of the total number of inquiries. This is a problem that must be paid attention to by society because the quality of teachers’ own professional life directly affects their education and teaching, affects their enthusiasm and initiative, and directly affects their health and development. From the perspective of rural high school teachers, this paper discusses the feasibility of rural teachers to adjust their own mentality, learn to be thankful, and then improve their sense of professional well-being.
