目的分析醉香含笑树皮乙醇总提取物(EBMM)的挥发性成分,并考察其对人肝肿瘤HepG2细胞的体外生长抑制作用。方法水蒸气蒸馏法提取EBMM的挥发性成分,采用GC-MS分析,并用峰面积归一化法测定各成分相对质量分数。采用MTT方法检测75、100、200、300、400μg/mL EBMM对HepG2细胞体外生长抑制作用。结果共检出54个色谱峰,确定了其中34种化合物,占挥发性成分总量的67.73%。EBMM对HepG2细胞的抑制率呈浓度依赖关系。结论 EBMM的挥发性成分以棕榈酸及其衍生物、各种烯、不饱和醇、不饱和酸、不饱和酮、不饱和酯类为主,EBMM能明显抑制HepG2细胞的生长。
Objective To analyze the volatile constituents of Ethanol Extract (EBMM) from the bark of Dendrobium sinensis, and to investigate its inhibitory effect on human liver tumor HepG2 cells in vitro. Methods The volatile components of EBMM were extracted by steam distillation and analyzed by GC-MS. The relative mass fraction of each component was determined by peak area normalization method. MTT assay was used to detect the inhibitory effect of 75, 100, 200, 300, 400 μg/mL EBMM on the growth of HepG2 cells in vitro. Results A total of 54 peaks were detected, of which 34 compounds were identified, accounting for 67.73% of the total volatile components. The inhibition rate of EBMM on HepG2 cells was concentration-dependent. Conclusion The volatile components of EBMM are mainly palmitic acid and its derivatives, various alkenes, unsaturated alcohols, unsaturated acids, unsaturated ketones and unsaturated esters. EBMM can significantly inhibit the growth of HepG2 cells.
