目的:优选葛泽清肝胶囊的提取工艺。方法:采用L9(34)正交表设计试验,以葛花苷、23-乙酰泽泻醇B、丹酚酸B、丹参酮ⅡA和熊果酸的提取率及浸膏得率为考察指标,选择乙醇浓度、溶剂用量、提取时间和浸泡时间作为考察因素,每个因素各取3个水平,在此基础上,再进行提取次数考察。结果:采用70%乙醇浸泡1 h,热回流提取2次,每次1.5 h,溶剂用量第一次为12倍量,第二次为10倍量,葛花苷、23-乙酰泽泻醇B、丹酚酸B和熊果酸的提取率均达到83%以上,丹参酮ⅡA的提取率在74%以上。结论:优选的提取工艺对各指标性成分的提取率均较高,可增加各处方药材的利用率。
Objective: To optimize the extraction process of Gezeqinggan Capsule. Methods: L9 (34) orthogonal table design was used to test the extraction rate of Pueraria, 23-Acetazolone B, Salvianolic acid B, Tanshinone IIA, and ursolic acid, and the extraction rate of the extract. Ethanol concentration, solvent dosage, extraction time, and soaking time were used as the investigation factors. Each factor was taken in 3 levels. On this basis, the number of extractions was examined. RESULTS: Soaked in 70% ethanol for 1 h and extracted by refluxing twice for 1.5 h each time. The amount of solvent was 12 times for the first time and 10 times for the second time. Puuloside, 23-acetyl-Alizarinol B The extraction rates of salvianolic acid B and ursolic acid were all over 83%, and the extraction rate of tanshinone IIA was over 74%. Conclusion: The optimal extraction process has higher extraction rate for each index component, which can increase the utilization rate of each prescription drug.
