目的;探讨养心通脉有效成分部位方(YTⅡ)促进血管新生,治疗心肌缺血的机理。方法:运用血清药理学的方法制备含药血清,鸡胚随机分为养心通脉方(YTⅠ)组、养心通脉有效部位方(YTⅡ)组、bFGF组和空白血清(KX)组;72h后观察比较YTⅡ及各含药血清对各组CAM模型鸡胚存活情况、CAM标本形态、CAM血管数量的影响。结果:加药72h后,各药物组与空白血清组比较皆有统计学意义(均P<0.01),各组血管新生数呈bFGF组>YTⅡ组>YTⅠ组>KX组趋势。结论:YTⅡ与YTⅠ、bFGF一样有促血管新生作用,且YTⅡ作用与bF-GF作用相当,明显优于YTⅠ。
Objective To investigate the mechanism of YTⅡ promoting angiogenesis and treating myocardial ischemia. Methods: Serum containing pharmacological serum was prepared by serum pharmacology. Chicken embryos were randomly divided into YT Ⅰ group, YT Ⅱ group, bFGF group and KX group. After 72 hours, the effects of YTⅡ and various drug-containing serums on the survival of CAM embryos, CAM specimens and CAM vessels in each group were observed and compared. Results: After 72h, there was a significant difference between each drug group and blank serum group (all P <0.01). The number of angiogenesis in each group showed the trend of bFGF group> YTⅡgroup> YTⅠgroup> KX group. CONCLUSION: YTⅡ has the same pro-angiogenic effect as YTⅠ and bFGF, and the effect of YTⅡ is similar to that of bF-GF, which is obviously better than that of YTⅠ.
