提高基层党组织建设水平,是我党召开十八大工作会议做出的一项创新基层党建重大战略部署。应对新的发展形势,基层党组织的建设工作必须深入践行群众路线,积极创新党组织建设的方向与思路,建立健全相关管理机制,创新改革策略,努力建设能够满足广大群众生存发展的基层党组织,使基层党组织的建设能够真正做到服务群众。
Raising the level of grassroots party organizations is a major strategic plan for the party building at the grassroots level set by our party at the 18th CPC National Congress working conference.
