目的探讨先天性阴道畸形及处女膜闭锁的超声影像表现及特点,提高对该类疾病的认识。方法回顾性分析9例经手术证实的先天性阴道畸形及处女膜闭锁病例的临床和超声影像资料。结果先天性阴道畸形5例:其中先天性无阴道畸形伴痕迹子宫1例;阴道斜隔伴双子宫1例,其阴道及右侧子宫积血扩张,右侧卵巢囊肿,右肾缺如;阴道闭锁2例,阴道闭锁下端位于会阴水平伴子宫阴道积血,其中1例伴有宫颈发育不良;阴道横隔1例。处女膜闭锁4例,表现为子宫腔阴道积液或积血、扩张,下端隆凸位于会阴下方。结论阴道畸形及处女膜闭锁的超声影像表现有一定特征,准确性较高,可对临床诊治提供重要依据。
Objective To investigate the manifestations and characteristics of congenital vaginal malformations and hymenal atresia by ultrasound imaging and to improve the understanding of these diseases. Methods Retrospective analysis of 9 cases of congenital vaginal deformity and hymen atresia cases confirmed by clinical and ultrasound imaging data. Results of congenital vaginal deformity in 5 cases: one of congenital absence of vaginal deformity with a trace of the uterus in 1 case; vaginal oblique with double uterus in 1 case, the vagina and right side of the uterine hemorrhage expansion, the right ovarian cysts, Blocked in 2 cases, the lower end of the vaginal atresia in the perineal level with uterine vaginal hemorrhage, including 1 case of cervical dysplasia; vaginal transection in 1 case. Hymen atresia in 4 cases, manifested as uterine cavity fluid or hemorrhage, expansion, the lower bulge located below the perineum. Conclusions Vaginal deformity and hymen atresia have some characteristics of ultrasound imaging, with high accuracy, which can provide important basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
