试验结果表明,采用三唑酮药剂拌种,在0.1‰-0.5‰的范围内,干拌或湿拌对小麦出苗率影响差异不大。当拌种原药量达到种子量的0.4‰以上时,株高明显降低。干拌对苗高的影响小于湿拌。当用药量在0.2‰及以下时,用药量与鲜重成正比;当大于0.2‰时,用药量与鲜重成反比。三唑酮拌种对小麦苗期根系生长的影响与鲜重相似。生产上应推广0.2‰的三唑酮原药拌种。在相同用药量的情况下,干拌处理的株高、鲜重和根长均显著高于湿拌处理。
The results showed that with triadimefon seed dressing, within the range of 0.1 ‰ -0.5 ‰, the effect of dry mix or wet mix on the emergence rate of wheat was not obvious. When the original amount of seed dressing to seed more than 0.4 ‰, the plant height was significantly reduced. The effect of dry mix on seedling height is less than wet mix. When the dosage is 0.2 ‰ and below, the dosage is proportional to the fresh weight; when more than 0.2 ‰, the dosage is inversely proportional to the fresh weight. The effect of triadimefon seed dressing on the root growth of wheat seedlings was similar to that of fresh weight. The production should be promoted 0.2 ‰ triadimefon seed dressing. Under the same dosage, the plant height, fresh weight and root length of dry-mix treatment were significantly higher than those of wet-mix treatment.
