综采液压支架片阀及管路泄漏、串液是造成支架初撑力不足,综采工作面生产能力不能充分发挥的主要原因之一,准确判定和诊断液压支架本身泄漏故障及乳化液泵站效率,是提高综采面开机率,实现高产、高效的必要条件之一。针对目前液压支架泄漏主要原因进行探索,确立反映液压支架片阀及管路泄漏特征参量,经实验加以确认,并研制KBF2型液压泄漏检测仪,配合KJH4型矿压监测装置及BGC型乳化液泵站故障测定仪,对综采液压系统进行工况监测,以提高对综采液压系统故障的确诊率
