通过在印刷线路板上刻蚀制得一种用于高分辨飞行时间质谱仪的锯齿状边界一体化电极阵列,该阵列具有锯齿状边界的条状图案,可构造TOF-MS的离子加速器和反射器。它充分利用仪器内部真空空间,为安装大尺寸、高性能离子检测器创造了条件,质谱分辨力达到9000以上,信噪比提高1倍以上。这种方法稳定可靠、安装条件优越,简化了真空设计,提高了仪器的性价比,成为MS800型LC-TOF-MS研制过程中重要创新点之一。
A jagged boundary integrated electrode array for high resolution time of flight mass spectrometry was fabricated by etching on a printed circuit board with a striped pattern of jagged edges that could be fabricated using TOF-MS ion accelerators and reflectors Device.
