为了解我省农贸市场猪肉卫生状况,为卫生监督提供依据,我们对全省50个农贸市场猪肉抽样进行沙门氏菌带菌情况调查,结果报告如下。
In order to understand the health condition of pork in the farmer’s market in our province and provide the basis for health supervision, we conducted a survey on the carryover of Salmonella in pork samples from 50 farmer’s markets across the province. The results are reported as follows.
