员工的素质和技能已成为国有煤炭企业生存和发展的基石。区队培训作为提高员工各项能力和素质的重要形式,逐渐演变为煤炭企业培训不可或缺的重要组成部分。然而由于煤炭企业员工素质较低、继续学习意识不强、培训内容和形式单一、培训标准制定不严格区队培训存在不少问题。将区队培训问题归纳总结为4大方面,即培训标准问题、培训内容问题、培训形式问题和培训技术员问题,并针对各个问题提出相应的解决策略。
The quality and skills of employees have become the cornerstone of the survival and development of state-owned coal enterprises. Team training as an important form to enhance the various capabilities and qualifications of employees has gradually evolved into an indispensable part of the training of coal enterprises. However, due to the low quality of coal enterprise employees, continue to learn a sense of weakness, training content and form of a single, training standards development is not strictly team training there are many problems. The training of district team will be summed up in four major aspects of the problem, that is, training standards, training content issues, training problems and training of technicians, and for each issue put forward corresponding solutions.
