乌兹别克斯坦是世界上惟一一个周围邻国也没有直接出海口的国家 ,这种地缘特点严重制约着乌对外贸易的发展和经济的增长。自独立以来 ,乌政府一直致力于寻找新的出海通道。目前 ,在乌的东、西、南三个方向有五条出海通道可供选择。本文重点分析了每条通道的优势和不足 ,并对乌实现开辟出海通道计划的意义和应做的工作进行了探讨。
Uzbekistan is the only country in the world that does not have direct access to the sea next to its neighboring countries. This geographical feature has seriously hampered the development of foreign trade and economic growth. Since independence, the Ukrainian government has been committed to finding new ways to go to sea. At present, there are five outbound routes in the east, west and south of Uzbekistan. This article focuses on the advantages and disadvantages of each channel, and discusses the significance and the work to be done to establish a sea channel project.
