目的观察复方虎杖提取物对高脂饲料致高脂血症模型大鼠体质量、血脂水平和动脉硬化指数的影响。方法采用高脂饲料喂养SD大鼠建立高脂血症模型,灌胃给予复方虎杖提取物低、中、高剂量(4,8,12g·kg-1),连续8周。分别于给药第2,4,6,8周取血,测血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-c)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-c)含量及动脉粥样硬化指数(AI)。结果与模型组比较,复方虎杖提取物灌胃给予大鼠4周后即出现明显降血脂作用,除低剂量组AI外,其余各剂量组TC、TG、LDL-c及AI明显降低(P<0.01,P<0.05)。给药8周,低剂量组TC、LDL-c及AI明显降低(P<0.01);中剂量组血清TC、LDL-c及AI明显降低(P<0.01,P<0.05),HDL-c明显升高(P<0.05);高剂量组AI明显降低(P<0.01),HDL-c明显升高(P<0.05)。结论复方虎杖提取物4,8,12 g·kg-13个剂量组均可以改善高脂饲料致高脂血症模型大鼠的血清血脂水平,具有一定的降血脂作用,且高、中剂量组效果优于低剂量组。
Objective To observe the effect of compound Polygonum cuspidatum extract on body weight, blood lipid and arteriosclerosis index of hyperlipemia model rats induced by high fat diet. Methods Hyperlipidemia rats were fed with high-fat diet and were given low, medium and high dose (4, 8 and 12g · kg-1) of Polygonum cuspidatum extract by gavage for 8 weeks. Blood samples were taken at the 2nd, 4th, 6th and 8th weeks after administration respectively. The levels of TC, TG, HDL-c, LDL- c) content and atherosclerosis index (AI). Results Compared with the model group, the compound polygoni cuspidatum extract was administered orally to rats for 4 weeks, which showed obvious hypolipidemic effect. The levels of TC, TG, LDL-c and AI in all other dosage groups were significantly lower than those in the low dose group (P < 0.01, P <0.05). The levels of TC, LDL-c and AI in the low-dose group were significantly lower than those in the low-dose group for 8 weeks (P <0.01). The levels of TC, LDL-c and AI in the middle dose group were significantly lower (P0.01, P0.05) (P <0.05). AI in high dose group was significantly lower (P <0.01) and HDL-c was significantly higher (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: 4, 8, 12 g · kg-13 dose of Polygonum cuspidatum extract can both improve the level of serum lipids in hyperlipidemic rats induced by high-fat diet, and have certain anti-hyperlipidemic effect. The effect is better than the low dose group.
