目的:探讨原发性食管间质细胞瘤的诊断和外科治疗。方法:总结2例原发性食管间质细胞瘤临床资料,结合国内报告的外科治疗文献进行回顾分析。结果:本组2例术后无复发,国内文献个案报告14例外科治疗患者有1例复发。结论:原发性食管间质细胞瘤术前应行内镜超声引导穿刺活检和免疫组化检测以明确诊断。手术切必须彻底除肿瘤,尽量减少单纯肿瘤剔除术。
Objective: To investigate the diagnosis and surgical treatment of primary esophageal stromal tumor. Methods: The clinical data of 2 cases of primary esophageal stromal tumors were summarized and retrospectively analyzed according to the literature of surgical treatment reported in China. Results: Two patients in this group had no recurrence after surgery. Domestic literature reported one case of recurrence in 14 patients treated with surgery. CONCLUSIONS: Endoscopic ultrasound-guided biopsy and immunohistochemistry should be performed for primary esophageal stromal cell tumors to confirm the diagnosis. Surgical incision must completely remove the tumor and try to reduce the tumor removal.
