现将笔者2007-02-2009-11所遇活体肾移植术后尿瘘的患者9例分析如下。1临床资料1·1一般资料本组男6例,女3例,年龄25~42(平均32·4)岁。1·2方法术前无明显膀胱病变,供肾动静脉分别与受体髂外动静脉行端侧吻合,供肾输尿管与受体膀胱行外隧道式吻合,手术过程顺利。免疫抑制方案?
Now the author encountered in 2007-02-2009-11 cases of renal fistula after renal transplantation in 9 patients analyzed as follows. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General Information The group of 6 males and 3 females, aged 25 to 42 (average 32.4) years of age. 1.2 before surgery, no significant bladder lesions for the renal artery and vein respectively with the external iliac artery and vein end-line anastomosis, kidney and ureter for urinary bladder tube outside the tunnel-type anastomosis, the operation was successful.
