本文报道了微库仑法测定弥猴桃浆、苹果、西红柿和柑桔中抗坏血酸的方法,该方法简便、快速,其结果与经典化学法基本一致。
In this paper, the method of microcoulomb method for the determination of ascorbic acid in kiwifruit pulp, apple, tomato and citrus is reported. The method is simple and rapid, and the results are basically the same as the classical chemical method.
