旷伏兆(1914-1996),江西永新人。1933年参加中国工农红军,同年转入中国共产党。曾任红六军团第十八师卫生部政治指导员、第十七师新兵营营长、龙桑独立团政委。参加了长征。抗日战争时期,任中共山西省方山县委书记,山西省战地总动员会第二支队副支队长,八路军冀中军区第一军分区政委,冀中军区警备旅政委,晋察冀军区第十军分区政委。解放战争时期,任晋察冀军区补训兵团政治部主任,华北军区第六纵队副政委兼政治部主任、第一纵队政委、第六十七军政委等职。新中国成立后,任中国人民志愿军第十九兵团副政委兼政治部主任、兵团政委,国家地质部副部长,空军副政委,铁道兵第二政委。中共八大、十二大代表,第三、
