目的:探讨窒息新生儿血液中内皮素、白细胞计数与血小板参数的动态变化,为临床治疗提供科学依据。方法:66例窒息新生儿,分为3组,对照组20例,轻度窒息20例,重度窒息26例,分别于出生后第1、3、7日检测内皮素、白细胞计数及血小板参数并与对照组进行对比分析。结果:窒息组内皮素明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),窒息组内皮素在第3日进一步上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);重度窒息组白细胞计数高于其他两组,并于出生后第3、7日持续下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);出生后重度窒息组血小板计数减少、MPV和PDW增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),轻度窒息组仅PDW增高,出生后第7日窒息组的MPV和PDW都明显上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:窒息新生儿血液中内皮素、白细胞计数和血小板参数在出生后第1、3、7日呈动态变化,与正常新生儿比较明显不同,可为临床治疗新生窒息提供参考意见。
Objective: To investigate the changes of endothelin, leukocyte count and platelet parameters in neonates with asphyxia, and to provide a scientific basis for clinical treatment. Methods: Sixty-six neonates with asphyxia were divided into three groups: 20 in control group, 20 in mild asphyxia and 26 in severe asphyxia. Endothelin, leukocyte count and platelet parameters were detected on day 1, day 3 and day 7 postnatal Compare with the control group. Results: The endothelin in asphyxia group was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.05), and the level of endothelin in asphyxia group increased further on the third day (P <0.05); the level of leukocyte in severe asphyxia group (P <0.05). The platelet counts of severe asphyxia group were decreased, MPV and PDW were increased after the birth, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05), and the difference was statistically significant <0.05). Only PDW increased in mild asphyxia group, MPV and PDW in asphyxial group on day 7 after birth were significantly increased, with statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion: Endothelin, white blood cell count and platelet parameters in asphyxial newborns at the first, third and seventh days after birth are dynamic, which are obviously different from the normal newborns, which may provide reference for clinical treatment of neonatal asphyxia.
