目的:探讨神经内分泌-免疫调节网络在儿童腮腺炎病毒性脑炎合并胰腺炎中的作用及意义。方法:对23例腮腺炎病毒性脑炎合并胰腺炎患儿临床病例分析并进行血清及脑脊液中IL-1、TNF-α的水平检测。结果:患儿血清及脑脊液中IL-1、TNF-α的水平明显高于对照组。结论:神经-免疫-内分泌系统参与儿童腮腺炎病毒性脑炎合并胰腺炎的病理过程,为临床上早期给予大剂量激素治疗提供了有力证据。
Objective: To investigate the role and significance of neuroendocrine-immune regulatory network in mumps viral encephalitis complicated with pancreatitis. Methods: The clinical data of 23 mumps viral encephalitis patients with pancreatitis were analyzed and the levels of IL-1 and TNF-α in serum and cerebrospinal fluid were detected. Results: Serum and cerebrospinal fluid in children with IL-1, TNF-α levels were significantly higher than the control group. CONCLUSION: The involvement of the neuro-immune-endocrine system in the pathogenesis of mumps viral encephalitis in children with pancreatitis provides strong evidence for early high-dose hormone therapy.
